Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms

Learn how to grow several different types of specialty mushrooms using low-tech/low-cost methods in your garden or woodlot. Mark Jones of Sharondale Farm , will lead discussions that include the biology and ecology of fungi in agriculture, mushrooms for personal and ecological health, and cultivating shiitake, oyster, lion’s mane, and reishi in wood, straw and compost.
